Creamed corn:

Bowl with creamed corn

Once 6 months have passed and complementary feeding has begun, you can now offer your baby corn. Creamed corn is very nutritious as it contains vitamin B, iron, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It is also one of babies' favorite recipes because of the soft texture and sweet flavor of corn. And very importantly, it does not contain gluten.

Below I will show you step by step how to make this porridge at home, quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of corn flour
- 400ml of formula milk

Preparation method:

1. In a small pot, boil half a cup of water.

2. In a separate bowl, put two tablespoons of fine corn flour or cornstarch. Add the breast milk or cold formula and stir very well until you have a mixture without lumps.

3. Once the water is about to boil, put it over low heat and little by little add the corn flour dissolved in milk, stirring constantly so that lumps do not form. The consistency of the preparation will gradually become thicker. Ideally, it should have a cream consistency so that your baby takes it more comfortably.

4. Stir for about 10, remove from heat, wait for it to cool and that's it.
